They raise your bill and can't explain to you why. On hold for 2 hours trying to become my telephone unlocked then I can go out them. No one knows what they're doing. After having my phone for iii years they say they tin can't unlock information technology because I still owe on the phone then when I recall someone else says it'due south payed off. If yous want terrible customer service and crazy high bills get to Verizon!

Accented laughable service
Absolute laughable service, Verizon has sold out their towers so much the "proprietary" service is completely useless. I pay $100 a month for service that works half of the time, I should be discounted for how trash my service is. I tin can't text half of the people on my contacts considering it ever message undelivered. Exercise your inquiry stay away from Verizon on the due west declension. The concluding time I was on tech support the person was aroused and rude and hung upward on me frustrated that he couldn't fix my issue. Worst client service. Had to call police on tech start time for threatening my wife. Gave it viii months tried again. Took off work for install they cancelled ane/2 60 minutes earlier install. Gear up up next day they blew off this engagement. Worst company ever

Verizon Sucks
I have had Verizon mobile for x+ years. Signed up for Fios last week since I was moving into my first house. They told me I could link my Fios account to my mobile account via Verizon Up. I was simply on the phone and chat with Verizon for 3 hours and no one could assist me link them. I reset my countersign and my secret question vii times, and yet no 1 could assistance me. I was enrolled in paperless billing for both Fios and mobile and plainly ane of the 8 agents that I was routed too took me out of paperless billing just I can't tell which account it was taken out of considering all the email come from "My Verizon" and don't specify whether its mobile or home. I guess I simply expect a client service team to actually be able to help me simply that's clearly asking for as well much. Oh, and I asked multiple times for a manager to aid me and was told that'southward not possible.

Lied! "No contracts, No strings attached." Do not trust Verizon employees at this store! Information technology will cost you lot lots of time and money! I've moved and cannot get anyone at this store on the phone. I moved, changed carriers after 7 months once I moved to another land and sent a surprise bill for $700! The salesperson was very eager for my business and I was repeatedly told "No strings attached, no contracts." The Verizon employee lied to my face to get my concern. I went from bragging about Verizon and their network to now warning everyone and anyone who will listen to Not do business with Verizon. I've spent hours on the phone without resolution. I've been told I will receive a call back from a managing director and no i calls back.

Run from Verizon. This has been the worst customer service in my life. Plus when yous call to talk to them yous become charged $10 everytime. for customer service that sucks!! Verizon put me on a programme $45 more than a calendar month than I signed up for under the guise of priority status on their tower. The indicate was even so horrible and they don't laurels that lower toll like they said they would. Plus then I got charged for talking to them well-nigh it and and so they added late fees to that. My once $70 a month plan skyrocketed to $190 month, and bc of fees I owed them it went to $460 within of 2.5 months. All that and still no adept prison cell signal! They will say anything to make you believe they volition set up the bug but and so they don't exercise annihilation and the bill but keeps climbing upward. I'm stuck paying this so they don't ruin my credit and to stop the monthly money bleed... I did transfer my phone to Xfinity and everything works fine for way, way less money. T Mobile has been fabulous also. Verizon is a horrible company!!

Terrible company Terrible service I should take never switched was called a c**t and was told they would handle the agent simply yo be told a month later yous were placing your order then so you lot weren't a customer we can't aid you. Been lied to multiple times and always get opps sorry can't practise anything well-nigh it. This place is a joke save yourself the headache go anywhere else.

HORRIBLE "customer service"
HORRIBLE "customer service". They used to be one of the best companies due to their excellent wireless coverage and customer service. Now they are trash. There is no accountability even among their supervisors. I had one lie to me, change my programme, and due to him lying (I believe his name is Eric) the alter did not fix my issue, had to get to T2 to get my grandfathered programme put dorsum on. And then they didn't put my data bundle on so I was charged for extra data I never should have been. So when I finally had time to think once more (mind you, this is months of Verizon trying to become me to change my plan b/c my grandfathered plan was cheaper- and HOURS on their ridiculous "service" chat) the next T2 lied and said it was expired, which it NEVER expired unless I changed my plan (key word ME, not a lying supervisor) and then when I said no, all of you literally just lie and don't ever really try to fix anything, I need this stock-still now... he said he would call up, and then never did. Then I escalated to Executive relations, Angelis, has been absolutely no help. And so I take it the reason their client service is now so horrible is considering their executive squad is now horrible. I haven't had time to look up what inverse, but something definitely did since I had their service in 2014. I have had them for 2 years at present (I had to employ a cheap plan for a while) and I always say the true exam of a company is when there is an issue, not when everything is fine. Also, do NOT get their domicile internet bundle, the router is crap and constantly disconnects from the internet.

Verizon is an evil visitor
I am a T-mobile customer and All-time Purchase had a better deal to upgrade my telephone.
I ordered the Galaxy Fold and drove ii hours to the closest Best Buy that had information technology in stock.
I got at that place... The guy at the counter concluded up switching my service provider to Verizon who I very literally just left. I did not realize this until I got home.
Best Buy & Verizon proceeded to port my number out to Verizon causing me to have to go to T-mobile and get a consummate lying differential phone on my network.
I issued a return request with Best Buy, they issued a mailing label and I mailed dorsum the phone.
Yesterday, to my surprise, I got a package back from Best Buy saying item non returnable As WELL AS a demand from Verizon.
In the package was a letter of the alphabet saying the particular is not returnable.
I'm giving Best Buy 5 days to resolve this problem with them as well as Verizon before I contacting my Consumer Protection Attorney once again.
Ridiculous sequence of events.

Bill was charged too much when I returned phones and took two months to show return them said we're not returned then said returned merely only getting dorsum $125 per phone. Then said again never received. They told me they would investigate then go on calling every twenty-four hours during investigation at present sent me to collections during the investigation.😡 how can they do this!!!!

The WORST customer service I have E'er…
The WORST client service I accept EVER received in my life. I take called and spoken with SEVERAL customer service representatives to dispute bills that accept come through, none of which return calls when they say they volition. They never call back and they practice not communicate with one another (or play dumb). They offering deals they don't honor and we have had nothing but a terrible experience the day we signed up. DO NOT switch to Verizon.

This is by far the worse phone company that exists. There customer service is terrible, both online and in stores. They lie by saying your bill will be one thing, and charge hundreds more than. And then when I tried to dispute I had to contact 2 dissimilar verizon store'southward, one representative said she was busy and would call me back--which she never did. I went in person to another i, and the agent at that place had absolutely no thought what he was doing and then had ME call verizon assistance AT THE VERIZON STORE to figure something out. I had gotten the new verizon concern net because there was no other semi-fast internet services in the area. The showtime lady who order information technology for me said information technology was gratuitous cancelation someday...nonetheless it was my bad that I didn't read the fine print considering turns out that is a fu***** load of sh**, yous are locked in for iii years or pay $366. The plan originally had 300gb for ($40/mo) which I thought would be enough, simply it wasn't and so when I had used it up I checked to make sure I was not going to exist overcharged if I went over. "Oh no no" they said "your internet volition just be slower" which is what I thought and typically what happens. Turns out every gb you go over is $25 dollars, so I concluded upward paying almost $100 dollars just in overfees. So I asked if I could switch to an unlimited programme--something my daughter had on the Verizon plan. Oh at that place's not an unlimited Verizon internet plan, is what the agents at the shop told me, Fifty-fifty THOUGH my daughter who is as well on my programme literally showed them that was untrue because on her plan it says "unlimited data" So I got on conversation with an agent and for the next god**** two hours went back and forth over whether I could actually get the unlimited data and at starting time she tried telling me I couldn't, and so said the plan that the best programme was a 5G net and that was the only unlimited for $89 a calendar month. Again I said no I want exactly what my girl has, and literally I kid you not hours later on she said okay its switched to unlimited. That'southward the quick version of it. This visitor does not care about you, they have a semi-new tower correct by my house and I can take 5 bars, and I can't load a damn thing on my phone. There volition exist constant random $100+ charges on your bill, which makes you waste matter loads of fourth dimension trying to figure out whats incorrect. Yous will terminate of being bounced through 5 different agents all telling y'all different things. I promise this place gets sued out of existence.

Horrible Customer service
0 starts, past far worse place ever. My Aunt added me to her plan, which she had v lines including mine. I had to wait over a month for a phone which in the end I never got bc nosotros got tired if waiting. They told me the "free" telephone I was getting (Google pixel) was very like to my moto phone I had but couldn't utilise four any reason. It was Non anything like my moto. Don't ever get a Google pixel. I had the telephone over a week, and it was getting super hot, shutting off on its own. And so I went in and asked if I could exchange it for another free promo and/or get the same phone but brand new like we were led to believe was and approximate what, I could if I paid $50.00 to exchange information technology, lol and if I waited till after xxx days so I would take to pay the remaining rest of the "free" phone I got, that was defective which was virtually $1000.00 lol.. I didn't have $50.00 at the time if I did I wouldn't of used Verizon for my phone service.. My aunt/grandma have been loyal customers who pay at that place bill on time and every month, my thou.ma has been with Verizon since they opened pretty much..We pay $50 for each line, don't get hotspot, get a crappy phone, crappy client service, and crappy data. Anytime u get in at that place they constantly are trying to upsell u something that cost outrageous..Now I can beget my ain telephone, and will not e'er use Verizon, specially when I tin go to T-Mobile pay the same monthly price and get a nice phone for under a hundred if not free, along with Amazon prime free if you go that $fifty-threescore program, unlimited everything and some hotspot, and past far the BEST coverage in my stance, which FYI u don't get whatsoever hotspot with ur $fifty program through Verizon and definitely no perks. The best part is I can listen to my Amazon music or my audiobooks driving through an area that has no cell service well through Verizon I don't but with TMobile I practice.. So unless u desire to be ripped off and go no rewards for loyal customer service or get whatsoever decent customer service than I highly suggest not using Verizon as ur cell phone provider..

Sucks,sucks, really sucks
Sucks, sucks, sucks! What customer service ... he should be "customer waste of time" instead! Computerized circular recordings, non existent and script similar responses to every concern with no resolutions! Rude customer service non English speaking (requiring more time just to understand what is being told to yous) once u finally get pass redundant recordings and hanging up on confusing and/or just rude costumer service people you might luck upwardly on someone who might aid! two-3 hours have now passed! I WOULD Not RECOMMEND THIS MOBILE SERVICE!

Information technology took 2 hours on chat and phone with three different agents to try and get a $400.00 over-charge on my bill corrected. After all of that, I'one thousand finally told it may take a week to ten days for information technology to show corrected on my bill. Inexcusable!

Full insanity. Nobody is on the same page. Merely, dont. Getting the right customer service amanuensis volition take yous atleast an hr. All i need is to have the account put in my mms name and give her acp discount. They told me to exercise this when i signed upward for her an account. And i lady said, nosotros dont service your area. Didnt bother to requite me the number to call just instead said its on my phone bill. Infact it is not on my electronic bill. Im near to cancel this. I cant deal with the total BS. Unorganized, non on the same page and nobody can practise the job.
